From my dad & my mum’s family, I guess no one that is married ever got to my age before they did…..My age was the oldest!
When I clocked 30, 31,32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and then 37! & Still yet there was no sign of husband anywhere….my parents became so worried!….
I have always been a fast child from when I was growing up but all of a sudden as I attained adulthood, it was like everything came to a halt!…I started crawling, all my mates even people I am older than, left me behind!…
I felt probably God was mad at me for something I may have done in the past…or maybe it was just my destiny…
Depression set in…I left social media….so many things were going wrong!….
My dad became more worried for my sake!…being a pastor, it became a very hard thing for him to pray for single sisters believing God for marriage when he has an overgrown daughter yet to be married!….But he kept on praying anyways….He didn’t give up!..his faith was so strong even in the midst of it all…
My wedding day was a very emotional moment for my dad, especially the Walk down the aisle……
God finally, granted his request, He took away the reproach & wiped away all tears…God gave my dad a testimony that he can now use to pray for other single sisters……
