Mr Ajuri Ngelale, spokesman of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has said his principal is “not worried” about the result of the judgement of the Presidential Election Tribunal on Wednesday.
The remark is coming after Appeal Court earlier today announced that the election petition tribunal will be delivering judgement on the petitions filed by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party–LP, Mr Peter Obi and his PDP counterpart, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar challenging the victory of President Tinubu in the last election.
Ajuri said this while speaking on Channels Television on Monday night.
“He’s not worried simply because he knows he won the election”.
Meanwhile, President Tinubu will be absent as the tribunal delivers it landmark judgement on Wednesday.
He is scheduled to leave for New Delhi, India this night to attend the G-20 summit.
