Arsenal defeated Wolves 2-0 in their Premier League opener played on Saturday afternoon at the Emirates Stadium.

The home side doubled their advantage in the 74th minute through Saka who hung a powerful left-foot shot into the right corner after the visitors were caught out by a quickly taken free-kick
The England international with the second half goal has now found the back of the net four times in 11 Premier League appearances against Wolves
Prior to that, Matheus Cunha had an opportunity to equalize for Wolves but ended with a tame effort straight at the goalkeeper
Wolves boss, Gary O’Neil can have little complaint at the outcome of the encounter, with his side fashioning few clear-cut opportunities over the course of the afternoon.
Arteta’s men on the other hand were far from at their best, but merited their win against the highly determined opponent.
