Bayer Leverkusen and Germany defender Jonathan Tah is set for a transfer to Barcelona next summer, the Mundo Deportivo newspaper reported on Thursday.
Tah’s contract with the Bundesliga champions expires on June 30 and he could move to Barcelona free of charge.
According to the report, he will sign a deal with the Spanish team until June 2030.
Tah was heavily linked with a transfer to Bayern Munich in last summer’s transfer window, but the deal reportedly didn’t go through because the clubs couldn’t reach an agreement on the transfer fee.
Tah has since said he doesn’t want to extend his stay at Leverkusen.
