Bentley Motors Earns 14th Consecutive Spot Among UK’s Top Employers

Crewe, England (CHATNEWSTV) – Bentley Motors has once again earned a place among the UK’s Top Employers, marking the 14th consecutive year the luxury carmaker has received this prestigious recognition from the Top Employer Institute the compant said in a statement on Thursday.

“For more than 100 years, our people have been the foundation of Bentley’s success,” said Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for Human Resources. “We are incredibly proud to once again be recognised as a UK Top Employer. Our colleagues’ dedication, diversity, and determination enable us to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers across the world.”

The award highlights Bentley’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace environment, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). The company also achieved higher scores across all evaluation categories compared to the previous year, including colleague wellbeing, work environment, and learning and development.

The Top Employer Institute’s certification process involves a comprehensive review of six HR and business practice categories. Bentley’s consistent recognition reflects its strategic focus on people, innovation, and sustainability, integral components of its Beyond100+ strategy, which outlines the company’s transition to a fully electric product portfolio by 2035.

“We’re embarking on the most transformative chapter in our company’s history,” Lange added. “Our focus on collaboration and leveraging our collective skills is crucial to driving innovation and creating lasting, positive change.”

As part of this transformation, Bentley plans to launch its first fully electric car in 2026, a milestone that aligns with its broader goal of redefining luxury and sustainability in the automotive industry.

The company’s 2025 recognition reaffirms its status as a leader in employee experience and innovation, with a focus on preparing for a future driven by collaboration and electrification.
