Chelsea Football Club has extended goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga’s contract until June 2026. The club has also arranged for Kepa to join Bournemouth on loan for the remainder of the season. While Bournemouth will cover a portion of Kepa’s salary, the loan agreement does not include an option to buy.
Last season, Kepa was on loan at Real Madrid, where he aimed to secure a permanent move. However, that didn’t materialize, leading to his loan move to Bournemouth, where he will work under manager Andoni Iraola, who also hails from the Basque Country.
