International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Abuja Branch, has appointed Barr. Chioma Onyenucheya-Uko as its new Chairperson.
Barr. Onyenucheya-Uko, a seasoned lawyer with expertise in Family Law, is a certified Arbitrator and Mediator.
She has a proven track record of leadership, having served as the former Vice-Chair of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Abuja Branch (Unity Bar); former chair of NBA Abuja Human Rights Committee; former Publicity Secretary, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria, Abuja Branch.
She is a Private Legal Practitioner with expertise in Family Law, A certified Arbitrator and Mediator, Gender and Human Rights advocate and Anchor of a Family Law Talk Show, LATE NIGHT INTERCOURSE – a social impact talk show that focuses helping people nurture their marital and on family relations with wisdom, empathy and legal awareness.
Barr. Chioma Onyenucheya-Uko is a passionate gender advocate, spanning years of dedication towards advocating for women’s rights.
