Beatrice Ekweremadu, the wife of former Deputy Senate President Senator Ike Ekweremadu, has returned to Nigeria as of Tuesday.
The return follows the sentencing of both Senator Ekweremadu and his wife, along with Dr. Obinna Obeta, by a UK court for their roles in an organ harvesting case.
Senator Ekweremadu received a sentence of 10 years, while Mrs. Ekweremadu was sentenced to six years in prison.
