German Chancellor Olaf Scholz expressed relief at the release on Saturday of four more Israeli hostages who had been held by Hamas since the October 7, 2023 attack.
“Today, more hostages returned from the hands of Hamas to their families. The German government is happy for them and their families. But there are other women and men being held hostage. They must be released too!” he posted on X.
