Residents of Jos, the capital of Plateau State, have taken to the streets on Monday to protest the incessant killings and abductions plaguing the state.
The protest which was led by Christian leaders, including Polycarp Lubo, Plateau chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), began from Fwavwei Junction community road.
The protest followed the recent violent attacks in Plateau, with over 100 people reportedly killed in Bokkos and Bassa Local Government Areas (LGAs).
