Molten reveal exclusive Official Game Ball for FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Final

MANILA (Philippines) – FIBA’s longest standing Global Partner Molten has unveiled the official game ball for the Final of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 in Manila, Philippines on Sunday, September 10.

Based on the BG5000 World Cup 2023 Official Game Ball, the Final version has been designed exclusively for the showpiece title game. It is not only engraved with the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 tournament logo but also has the prestigious Naismith Trophy in gold, as well as the date of the Final and a unique serial number.

As a special limited edition ball, only 1,200 will be made available to purchase in the Philippines from September 4, 2023. To make it even more unique and desirable, it will be packaged in a premium box with a gold plate and engraved with the serial number.

“As we head towards the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Finals, we are excited to unveil the Molten exclusive custom-designed ball. The ball features the ‘Passion Wave’ which symbolizes the wave of passion that basketball fans have for the sport.

The official game ball for the Final of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 was revealed today in a special ceremony at the FIBA Fan Zone in Manila, with FIBA Secretary General Andreas Zagklis in attendance.
