Alpine A390_ß Wins L’Automobile Magazine Concept Award

PARIS (CHATNEWSTV) — The Alpine A390_ß, a preview of the brand’s upcoming fastback sports car, has won the Concept Trophy at the 45th Trophées de L’Automobile Magazine, the French publication announced Wednesday.

The award, determined by public vote, highlights growing anticipation for the A390 ahead of its 2025 debut. Alpine says the show car’s design is a strong indicator of the production model, with its exterior reflecting 85% of the final version.

“On behalf of the entire design team and Alpine, I am incredibly proud to win this Concept Trophy,” said Antony Villain, Alpine’s vice president of design. “The A390_ß has enabled us to think outside the box and push the boundaries of our research. I am delighted that the public has responded so positively.”

The A390_ß’s interior draws inspiration from the Alps, blending sharp black mineral textures with pristine white elements reminiscent of snow. The concept also underscores Alpine’s commitment to French craftsmanship, incorporating innovative materials and design approaches developed with local partners.

The Trophées de L’Automobile Magazine, an annual tradition for 45 years, recognizes vehicles that shape the automotive landscape.
