The acting Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, on Friday, unveiled mobile barracks facilities at the Police Training College, Ikeja, Lagos.
According to him, the facilities would help policemen to further effectively tackle crime within the state and end accommodation problem in the training school.
Some of the unveiled facilities include mobile toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, tents, bunks, and mattresses.
He further noted that the police was setting up a special intervention squad to tackle crime in the country, adding that members of the squad would be deployed to each state of the federation.
